We believe strongly in the freedom of speech however the Gym Jones Forum is a private community and we reserve the right to limit topics and edit comments at our discretion. We have established several categories within which most topics will fall. We will add more as the need becomes evident.

We encourage conversation between members and we don't want to place a series of rules on the user however certain topics and comments are altogether off-limits:

Politics: these topics start wars, keep it to yourself
Religion: see above
Bedroom: if it's not work-safe keep it in your pants or on your hard drive
Bathroom: see above
Insults: if you wouldn't say it to his/her face don't say it from afar, virtually
Abuse: see above

Beyond that, be adult and be responsible. Please ask yourself if the content you are about to post is appropriate or relevant. Obey the 30-second Rule: wait 30 seconds, and take a few breaths before clicking the Submit button. Feel free to look up the definition of Submit.

Finally, inappropriate behavior will result in a warning. If the user ignores the warning he or she will be banned. We reserve the right to ban users for any reason.
